二、各种物料的设计、制作;本月各部门物料制作需求多,厂方mot物料、店头活动物料、售后物料的制作基本满足各部门所需,只有售后的物料因排版、制作(与店头活动物料制作时间冲突)及广告公司选择上出现了拖延。改进办法:各部门交物料制作申请单,必须与市场部确认制作完成时间,避免因市场部手头工作繁多导致物料制作拖延。

三、网络后台、微博发帖及信息推送;本月两场活动,市场部暂时管理了网络后台,在发帖及推送上大幅度提升,以永天成麻争霸赛为例,太平洋、易车网、大渝网均在活动前3天内饱和推送(如太平洋20次推送),最大保证了活动的曝光率。

四、市场部工作的点检及总结;9月份制定了市场部工作职责,10月份正好进行了第一步的试岗工作,如活动流程、月度核销、库房盘点、物料制作等均按照工作职责及时间规定按期完成。所有工作职责将在以后的时间里得以强化执行。

本月工作,我继续努力达成工作流程的通畅,保持与销售部、售后部的沟通协调,共同营造良好的工作氛围。并在带领员工陈晨工作上,取得较大的进步,陈晨在工作中能够自发自动,按期完成既有工作,并在物料设计、活动流程设置中提出自己的想法。达成了本人希望的工作第一,兼顾和谐,我也希望与大家共同创造良好的工作氛围。

自我评价:

一、工作认真,所有工作能够上传下达,并能很好的把控工作完成时间及进度。

二、工作以结果导向,以促成销售为市场活动目的。对于现有的店头活动,因为销售后的收尾活动,在时间安排上,本人持保留意见。

三、沟通不足。进入市场部1个多月来,与各位同事处于磨合期,沟通不到位。尤其是与本部门领导及王总沟通不多,还不能更好的适应。改进方法:以完成工作为第一目标,加强工作中的沟通,多了解各位领导的工作方式,并尽力协调市场部与各部门及领导的工作对接。

四、思路僵化。在以前的4s店工作中,店头活动以节省成本为主,只有国际车展和大型外展才有发挥的机会,导致店头活动成效不大,且重复繁多。改进方法:多接收新的想法、思路,多与大家沟通,参考《市场营销》等营销类杂志。
