第一条：为加强择校生的教育管理，提高教育教学质量，根据有关法律法规和学校实际，制定本办法。
第二条：本办法所称择校生，是指户籍不在本学区、学生本人及家长迫切要求到我校读书、经学校批准在我校就读的学生。
第三条：《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》是择校生在校学习、生活必须遵守的基本准则。
第四条：学校将择校生纳入学校统一管理，择校生要按在校生标准要求自己，文明守纪，勤奋学习，努力成才。
第五条：学校要求择校生尊敬老师，团结同学。热爱集体，遵纪守法。
第六条：学校对有下列情形之一的择校生，取消在我校学习的资格。
1、不尊敬老师，不服从学校和教师管理的，经教育，无显著改变的；
2、早晚自习，“两操”，上课迟到、缺课较多，且认识态度较差，无显著改变的；
3、在校不努力学习，各科考试成绩在c等级以下；
4、在集体活动或公共场所，有极不文明的言行，造成极坏影响的；
5、吸烟或喝酒，被学校、老师、同学发现，经教育，无显著改变的；
6、故意损坏公物、打架斗殴、偷窃扒拿、敲诈勒索，寻衅滋事、在校外起哄闹事，教唆他人打架闹事等行为，情节严重，有过任何一次的；
7、与其他学校学生和校外小青年来往密切，严重影响我校教育教学秩序的；
8、夜不归宿、无所事事，沉迷网络等不良行为的，经教育，无显著改变的；
第七条：择校生联系人应协助年级主任、班主任对所介绍者进行思想品德教育，如果择校生参与恶性打架斗殴事件，除对择校生进行违纪处分外，联系人应承担一定的责任，不得推卸责任；
第八条：此条例由学校教务处负责解释，从2011年8月起执行。
第九条：择校生试用期为一学期。
