i saw a traffic accident. it is still vivid in my mind. it is about on the saturday morning of june when i went out of the university to visit a friend of another university.
i was walking leisurely on the sidewalk, and i heard a loud noise at the junction of two cars. two cars came out there was a car rental collision. it was a traffic accident.
i went up to find that two taxis were seriously damaged, both hooves were deformed, one door was knocked open and lying on the road, one driver was bleeding, the other was locked in the taxi, some people were trying to help their driver out of the damaged car, one was calling the traffic police station, many cars were blocked, obviously, the two taxis were driving too fast, but this is just what i think one of the reasons is that taxi drivers are eager to carry more passengers and earn more money. on the other hand, both drivers dont care about each other. they want to run ahead of the other.

随着xx年的高考结束,高三这一学年的教学工作也基本结束了,心里一块石头终于落地。看到学生高考英语取得了可喜的成绩,我的内心也充满了喜悦和激动,一年来的辛辛苦苦,终于让我收获了丰硕的果实,享受丰收带来的快乐!一份耕耘一份收获,教学任务顺利超额完成,虽苦但同时也快乐着,高考使我和学生都经历了生的一场艰苦磨练。
在高三开学伊始,我就充分的认识到高三的教学工作是“时间短、内容多、责任强、任务重、强度高、压力大”,所以我依据教学大纲及高考考纲的特点,结合我校学生英语的实际情况,并根据新课程改革的要求,对本学年的教学工作进行了整体规划。本着教育以人为本,学以致用,注重对学生能力的培养、素质的培养以及道德品质的培养;鼓励学生积极参与交流与合作,大胆创新与实践,倡导研究性学习,增强学生学习英语的积极性和主动性。总结起来主要有以下几点:
1、重视听力和朗读。个人认为听和读是语言交流最根本的基础。一年的教学工作都重视培养学生的听读能力的培养和训练。听读所有课文和单词,并做听力训练,利用早读时间听读完前八册的课文和单词两遍,这样做不仅使好生巩固好基础,也帮助差生克服学习困难,产生学习英语兴趣,并能使学生保持持之以恒的学习热情和学习动力。做听力训练每周利用第九节和一个晚自习进行训练,让学生训练之前花两三节课进行方法指导为先。另外在平时课堂教学中也尽量给学生创设听读语言环境,如老师的讲授语言能用英语就尽量使用英语,在讲授阅读和语法也让学生读重点段和句型。
2、词汇训练,这是英语教学的重点环节。想办法让学生掌握大量的词汇对于高考来说是非常关键的。要注重学生语音基础,识记单词必先会读,并利用构词法培养学生的词感,达到读出来就会写。同时要引导学生区分阅读词汇和写作词汇,对于常用的重点词汇和高级词汇的使用要反复训练,让学生熟练掌握,并加强在语境中掌握词汇的应用。对单词,尤其是动词的掌握,应放在句子中、课文中,以词组或句子为单位来记。突破单词关的诀窍一要稳扎稳打学一个就记住一个;二要词不离句,句不离文;三要利用记忆周期,适时反复记忆。
3、重抓阅读,阅读是提高学生英语成绩的关键,只有阅读才能巩固学社所记的词汇,只有大量阅读才能提高学生的阅读速度,培养学生的英语思维。在高三第一学期坚持让学生每天做两篇阅读,基础差的学生每天坚持做一篇,到第二学期让学生每天做2-3篇,督促检查学生每天必做。阅读理解的题材涉及面很广泛,包括科普、社会、政治、经济、历史、文化等,信息含量很大;涉及的体裁也是多种多样,包括记叙文、说明文和应用文等。从多个层面考查考生对不同题材的不同体裁文章的理解能力。
