一,作为教师的我应该对考试结果承担最大的责任。(1)本人应该自我反思,常写教后记找出教学中的突出问题,总
结好的方面,在以后的工作加以应用。(2)应经常关注中考动态,把握中考试题难易,考点,作文趋势,考题类型等。(3)与新老教师学习,多问自己他们英语考20个120分以上的原因,多问他们是怎样抓好英语教学的,学习他们的教学方法,自己教学方式应创新,借鉴,实验,内化,吸收,变为自己的特色。
二,备课存在一定问题。(1)上课前把教材吃透切,利用教案,教学参考资料,学案,网络资源,进修学校资料明确

教学总结
2015年英语中考已顺利结束,回顾这学期的教学感触颇多。四个月紧张而又忙绿的复习之后,有得有失,喜忧参半。现将本学期的教学工作总结如下:
一、不耻下问,刻苦钻研。本人教学经验欠缺,所以除了自己兢兢业业、刻苦钻研外还经常向有经验的同事“取经”,上课之前,我主动和他们切磋一些疑惑的问题和教学方法,然后结合自己所带班级的实际情况和自己的教学方法,取长补短,确保每一节课达到预期的效果,最好的效果;课后,我在书中“取经”,梳理知识,打通“经脉”,索取精华,为学生输入最好的“营养”。
二、复习流程:在本学期2月份末完成了初三年级教材的最后两单元,也就是说在3月份初开始进入全面系统的复习。我根据手中的复习资料,通过对知识的梳理,大致从以下三个步骤进行复习的。
1、基础知识的复习。我要求学生充分利用晨读时间过课本,从单词、短语、句子、对话、课文这几个方面全面、扎实的复习。在课堂上,我们共同总结归纳重点单词、短语、句型,主要培养了学生自学和自我整理的能力。熟悉掌握书本上的重要句型和短文,有助于阅读和写作。在这一阶段我特别注重基础知识的运用能力的培养。有些学生单词短语都能背下来,但到了具体的做题当中,就楞住了,这就说明学生不会运用语言,学以致用,但学的东西不会用,这是教学的失败,与教学目标背道而驰。所以我在这一阶段过得很慢但比较扎实,我确保学生学一点,会一点更要会用一点,落到实处。这一阶段复习完后的练兵考试表明有所成效,在我们班里有几个中等生原来考四五十分的基础上能够跨越及格线,真是可喜可贺啊。
2、语法专项复习。这一阶段以学生复习为主,我“画龙点睛”,对症下药。复习内容包括冠词、名词、介词、连词、动词、各类句式等。这些内容已在第一阶段穿插复习过,再不必繁琐,学生复习完后,有什么问题解决什么问题,再针对运用时比较容易出错的问题,我会重点讲解强化训练,以防“旧病复发”。
3、题型专项训练。主要有单项选择,完型填空、阅读理解、口语交际、任务型阅读、写作。这一阶段主要是展现学生综合运用语言能力的水平。也是加强学生综合运用语言的能力。主要进行试题训练,在训练中发现问题分析问题解决问题,除了强化知识性的的东西外,我特别注重教学生做题技巧方法,紧扣题型,教学生如何审题,答题的方法,对试题结构加以认真研究。
三、我特别重视每一次的练兵考试。每次练兵考试结束,我要求学生针对每次的考试进行自我剖析,试卷分析,要求学生把自己错了的或不会的题摘到一个本子上——纠错本,到复习完后,让学生拿出这个本子,重新回忆、做一遍。在讲解试题时,我举一反
三、由点到面,辐射相关的内容。对于出错的题,谁出错谁解决,培养了学生自救自查自评的能力。这样学生学到的知识方得以巩固,拓展,避免旧病重发。
四、提高学生的写作能力。写作一直以来是教学中面对的疑难问题,也是学生头疼的一道关。我采用了指导+训练的方法。每一星期至少写一篇作文,按照复习顺序,从初一到初三凡涉及到的话题作文,都要求写。写完后,我认真逐字逐句批改,对于共性问题,在课堂上集中解决,对于个性问题我个别谈话交流。再者我还给学生布置一些社会性的,焦点性的议论性的写作,不断加强训练,学生的作文水平有了一定的提高,事实上,写作是语言运用能力的体现,是基础知识掌握程度及灵活运用的验证。总之,这学期的教学工作使我受益匪浅。从中,我得到了一些宝贵的经验,学到了很多。。对于存在的问题有待于今后努力的完善,解决。

一、基本情况
本学期我继续担任去年所教两个班的英语教学工作,这两个班级聪明活泼、勤奋好学,这些学生曾在小学三年级的时候初步接触了英语,但仍有少数学生对英语缺乏兴趣,虽然在七、八年级时有意识地培养他们的兴趣,效果仍不理想。
二、教材分析
我们使用的是《仁爱版英语》,由北京市仁爱教育研究出版社于2002年3月依据《英语课程标准》在教育部成功立项,依据《英语课程标准》编写,它起点低,循序渐进,方便初学者培养英语学习兴趣,从而很快进入英语学习的状态。三年六册学完后,均可达到《英语课程标准》之要求——五级水平,可以与任何版本的高中课程英语教材衔接使用。本册教材具有以下几个特点:
1、注重学生语言运用能力的培养,突出语言的实践性和交际性,同时也突出语言的真实性和实用性。如:阅读内容题材新颖,语言鲜活,能够激发学生浓厚的学习兴趣。通过阅读训练,提高学生的英语理解能力和语言运用能力。培养学生根据不同的阅读任务,运用适宜的阅读策略获取信息的本领。
2、注重注重教材的灵活性和可操作性。图文并茂,轻松活泼地呈现教学内容,把语言学习和实际生活结合起来,增强学生的听说能力。形式多样的写作练习,既能培养学生的想象力,又能提高学生的写作技巧。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上,开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识,提高学生的语言技能。
3、为学生提供良好的英语学习环境,帮助学生拓展自我发展的空间。了解英语交际中常用的体态语,鼓励学生借助手势、表情等非语言手段来提高交际效果,从而培养学生的文化意识和跨文化交际的能力。
4、注重中外文化的双向交流,为满足不同层次的学生的需求,使学生通过学习,自学能力和学习策略得到培养,为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础,培养未来跨文化交际所需要的能力。
5、注重融合学科内容,加强学科之间的整合和渗透,让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。结合贴进生活的图片学习目标语言,使学生能在现实中的不同场合运用所学到的评议知识。
三、教学重难点突破
本册教材内容的重点是语法归类,如:现在完成时、直接引语和间接引语、被动语态等,难点也是语法和基本句型,这些重难点都应通过在语言材料的学习中及时强化和总结,呈现图文并茂的教学内容,把语言学习和实际生活结合起来,增强学生的听说能力;并通过开展各种任务性活动,巩固所学的知识。鼓励学生通过思考、体验、参与、合作等方式来学习,增强学生独立思考的良好习惯以及口语表达和合作学习的能力。
利用教材形式多样的写作练习,既能培养学生的想象力,又能提高学生的写作技巧。并及时总结语法和日常用语,巩固所学语言知识;同时注重学生学习兴趣的培养,以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机。使学生对语言功能的认
识,由感情上升到理性。在培养学生听说读写语言技能的基础上,开展综合探究活动进一步拓展学生的语言知识,提高学生的语言技能。以达到巩固、掌握和运用的目的,最终形成语言技能。
四、教学方法与措施:
1、认真备课,钻研教材;认真“备”学生;抓紧课堂教学,根据教材的“以康康等四个小主人公相识、相知、成长、学习、生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终,生活气息浓厚。每个模块由单元——话题——功能——任务构成。”特点,落实好每一个语言知识点,做到当堂内容当堂掌握。
2、运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学,师生多用英语交流,有目的地进行口语交际训练。
3、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语,在生活中学习英语。
4、多为学生营造一些学习氛围,在“学中用,用中学”,如:创设英语角等等。
5、要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话。
6、多看英语画报,多读英语故事,多看英语书籍。
